I had a new roof, two skylights, and two bathroom fans done by Big House Construction this month. Neal Cook was a pleasant surprise to work with. From the initial estimate to selecting the skylights to finishing the job, he was conscientious and thorough. Neal made sure that I fully understood the cost and process and was available for questions and follow up throughout the entire process. The large crew came early and finished all the work in one day. I was really impressed with the professionalism of the crew and crew leader, Austin. I have had nightmare experiences with contractors and handymen before, so I was nervous about this huge project. I can say I am very pleased with the result and love my new roof. I would definitely work with Neal in the future.

I can’t recommend Brian at Big House Construction enough! He was professional, punctual, and took the time to explain everything to me in detail before starting the job. The quality of his work is absolutely top-notch — my roof looks amazing and I feel so much more confident going into storm season. He was respectful of my property, cleaned up thoroughly afterward, and was always courteous and easy to communicate with. It’s so rare these days to find someone who genuinely takes pride in their craft, but Brian clearly does. Thank you again for everything!

Neal Cook and his crew did a fabulous job on replacing our roof. The project was completed in one day, from delivery of supplies to clean up after the roof was installed. Neal was in constant contact by text and in person, even coming by the next day to make another sweep for errant nails and to ensure that we were satisfied. Although the weather was supposed to be clear the day of the install, mid-project Neal let us know an unexpected downpour was on the way. He had people monitoring the weather, and they sent tarps to cover the roof before the thunderstorm arrived.
We are extremely pleased with Big House Construction, our new roof, and it was a pleasure doing business with a company that delivered what they promised. Please pass on our compliments to the entire (huge) crew. Well done!
